We do not offer any returns on furniture, beauty products (Fragrances, skincare, hair care, make-up, bath & body, and home fragrances), sunglasses, underwear, jewelry, face masks, hair accessories (including hats and caps), and swimwear. Unless the product has been damaged during shipping and retains its original packaging.

To submit a return request, please visit https://www.rubaiyatfashion.com/pages/client-service and fill out the form. The driver will then visit your doorstep to pick up the products and ship them to Rubaiyat Fashion.

When the return is initiated within 15 days of receiving the product, the product must be free of damage and unaltered by the customer.
