Delivery timelines
Jeddah & Riyadh
- Orders made before 4:00 PM will be delivered on the same day (excluding Fridays)**
- Orders made after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day**
**Eligible only for shipping addresses within 15 km of the stock location
Other cities in Saudi Arabia & GCC region
- Orders to other regions in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery hours
Our delivery window is between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM, ensuring your order arrives at a time that best suits your day.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping for purchases over 399 SAR
- A 25 SAR delivery charge is applied to orders under 399 SAR.
Order handling & shipping policies
- During sale, promotion periods, or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
- Orders are delivered every day except Fridays and public holidays in KSA. Orders placed on these days will be delivered the next day.
- If no one accepts the order at the delivery address on the scheduled date, a re-delivery fee may be charged.
- Customs clearance fees may apply for international deliveries and are subject to local regulations.
Address changes & order tracking
- Our Customer Care team is available to assist with delivery date and address changes before your order is dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.
- Changes to an address outside the original delivery country are not permitted.
