Order Processing & Delivery Terms
- Orders placed outside working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), after the cut-off time, on Fridays, or during KSA public holidays will be processed on the next official working day.
- Estimated delivery timelines are subject to change and may experience delays during peak periods such as promotions, sales seasons, and bank holidays.
- If an order is not accepted at the delivery address provided on the confirmed date, a re-delivery charge may apply.
- Customs clearance fees may be applicable and are subject to local regulations.
Order Delivery Schedule & Responsibilities
- Orders are delivered daily, except on Fridays and KSA public holidays.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for deliveries, including any necessary arrangements for restricted access locations, particularly on Fridays.
Address Changes & Order Tracking
- Our Customer Care team is available to assist with delivery date and address changes before your order is dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.
- Changes to an address outside the original delivery country are not permitted.
