As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the customer journey and streamline our digital platforms, we are pleased to announce the integration of BEAUTI’s website services into the Rubaiyat platform.

This strategic integration is designed to deliver a more seamless, comprehensive, and convenient luxury shopping experience—bringing together all your favorite brands and services in one elegant digital destination.

Following this integration, all transactions, services, and interactions previously conducted through BEAUTI’s website will now be governed by Rubaiyat’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all related policies. Customers engaging through the Rubaiyat platform will be subject to Rubaiyat’s applicable terms and conditions.

 

Terms of Use

By accessing or using any of Rubaiyat’s Platforms—including the website and call center services—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. This applies whether you were previously using BEAUTI’s services or are a new user of Rubaiyat.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Platforms. They govern your access to and use of all Rubaiyat Platforms and services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not continue to use our Platforms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time by Rubaiyat. We encourage you to review them regularly to stay informed of any changes. The version in effect at the time you place your Order will govern that transaction, unless a legal change requires us to apply an updated version before delivery. In that case, the updated Terms will apply to your Order.

By placing an Order through any of our Platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions as published at the time of your Order. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our website, or any related services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your entire interaction with Rubaiyat, including all online activity, email communications, and other forms of engagement between you and Rubaiyat.

The Rubaiyat Platforms are made available for personal use following these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules published on the Rubaiyat Platforms ("Terms and Conditions").

 

Eligibility to Purchase and Customer Representation

By accessing or using the Platforms to make a purchase, you expressly represent and warrant that you are an individual end-user acting in your own personal capacity or on behalf of another individual for personal, non-commercial use. You further confirm that any purchase made through the Platforms is not intended for resale, distribution, or for any other commercial gain, and that you do not intend to use the goods or services acquired for any profit-generating activity.

Orders placed through our sales channels—whether via the website, or call center (collectively, the “Platforms”)—are strictly limited to natural persons (not corporations or other legal entities) who meet all of the following conditions:

·      Age of Majority: You must have reached the legal age of majority required to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction;

 

·      Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

 

·      Shipping Eligibility: You must provide a valid and complete shipping address located in one of the countries where Rubaiyat offers delivery services, as indicated in the Sales Channels.

If you have not yet reached the legal age of majority, or if you are otherwise legally ineligible to enter into a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf. In such cases, the parent or guardian shall be deemed the contracting party and must review, understand, and accept these Terms & Conditions as binding.

Rubaiyat reserves the right to reject or cancel any Order that appears to violate these eligibility requirements or where there is reasonable suspicion of commercial misuse.

 

Registration and Account terms and conditions

To use some of the services or features made available to you on our Platforms you will need to register for an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address: care@rubaiyat.com .We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

Here are the some of the benefits you’ll be able to enjoy by registering with us for an account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchase(s).
  • Request your return directly from your account.
  • Build a customized Wish List to create personalized outfits you can return to anytime. Plus, you can also print your shopping lists for increased convenience.
  • Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

To create an account, simply click on SIGN IN and then REGISTER NOW to fill in your information. The account password you create should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Should you have any issues with your account or need any help in relation to it, then please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team. However, please note that we can only communicate with the named account holder in relation to any questions, changes, or cancellation of an account.

Guest Check-out

You can use the Platforms on a "guest check-out" basis to take advantage of its features and services, or you can create an account and register your information with us. 

Please maintain the privacy and security of your account information and passwords. Never will one of our customer support representatives ask you for your password. Deleting Your Account (Personal Data):

In case you registered an account with us and have decided to delete your account, you have every right to request that we assist you in deleting any data we have on you.

You can remove certain information about you by logging into your account which will allow you to change, revise, or delete your information at any time. If you have one,

You can also contact us to seek access to, rectify, or delete any personal data you have given us.

Order

Subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, when you place an order with us, you agree to purchase the products listed at a specified price, including any applicable delivery fees, taxes, cash handling fees, and duties.

If you return your product, we must conduct a quality check before proceeding with the refunding process. Confirmation of the order received Rubaiyat staff will tell you upon accepting or rejecting your return order.

Information about the availability of products may be contained in or made available by the website (or our mobile call center). When placing an order, the probability that an item will be available immediately can be estimated using this information.

Unfortunately, because inventory might change dramatically during the day, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as available will be available immediately away. Rarely, a product may be offered at the time of your Order but be out of stock by the time our staff processes it. If this occurs, we will let you know.

Your Order's receipt will be confirmed by email. However, the Order is finalized once you receive confirmation from us that the appropriate item(s) have been dispatched. We alone have the power to confirm that the Order has been accepted.

You will receive two (2) emails from Rubaiyat after completing your payment, transaction, and making order with us. The first email is confirmation informing you of your receipt, and the second email contains information about your shipment.

Please note, you have fortey-eight (48) working hours in case of any mistake to contact us and let us know so we can correct any error on your order.

 

Website and Stock Discrepancy Policy

Please note that while we strive to ensure all product information and availability on our website is accurate and up to date, discrepancies may occasionally occur due to system updates or electronic errors. In such cases, actual stock availability may differ from what is displayed online. We are not liable for any differences arising from such technical issues, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders accordingly.

Product Liability

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that full responsibility for the products lies with the manufacturer, and we are not liable for those products in any way, except as stated in the Returns section regarding product returns and refunds (where applicable).

Ownership of the products in your order will transfer to you once the items have been dispatched. However, we retain a security interest in the products until full payment has been received. Responsibility for the products will pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

 Copyrights: Copyright is a type of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship as soon as an author fixes the work in a tangible form of expression. In copyright law, there are many types of works, including paintings, photographs, illustrations, musical compositions, sound recordings, computer programs, books, poems, blog posts, movies, plays Etc.

Using our Platforms, you acknowledge that this agreement does not grant you any rights regarding the ownership of any intercultural property, trademarks, or copyrights.

Rubaiyat owns all intellectual property rights in and to Rubaiyat, its logo, and the website www.rubaiyat.com.

 Rubaiyat reserves the right to take appropriate action and recoup all costs, including but not limited to court expenses, attorney fees, damages, losses, Etc., in the event of unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

Prices


All prices displayed on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and do not include any optional services you may choose to add to your purchase, nor do they include delivery charges, or customs duties that may apply. Any additional costs will be clearly presented before the final checkout.

If you make a purchase using a payment card denominated in a currency other than SAR, the transaction will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time of payment.

The destination you select for delivery, the products and services chosen, and your selected delivery method will determine the applicable shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if any). For more details, please refer to our Delivery section.

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information on our website and in our communications is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after your order has been processed, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

a. Cancel the order (or part of it), arrange for collection of the incorrectly priced item(s) from the original delivery address within Saudi Arabia, and issue a full refund including the original delivery fees, taxes, and duties (if applicable);


b. If you paid less than the actual price, we will honor the price stated in your order; or


c. If you paid more than the actual price, we will refund you the difference.

If the error is identified before your order is processed, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will only proceed with your order (or the affected portion) after receiving your confirmation that you are willing to proceed at the correct price, or we will cancel the order (or relevant items) and issue a full refund.

 

Payments

We currently accept Visa, Mada, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay for Orders made on any of our Platforms. You represent that you have the legal right to make a payment using the information you submit as payment information on our Platforms. When we think that payments are not legitimate, the payment method is invalid, or when we don't believe you have the right to use the specific tender type, we reserve the right to refuse orders without incurring any responsibility to you. Rubaiyat offers all available payment methods for the ease of its customers.

We reserve the right, as you might be required to provide additional personal documents and be the subject of credit checks for payments made through a Delayed Payment Provider. This is necessary to confirm the buyer's identification and safeguard the cardholder from any potential fraudulent payments.

Rubaiyat reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if we suspect there is fraudulent or suspicious activity.

If Rubaiyat suspects fraudulent or suspicious behavior, it retains the right to suspend or terminate the payment options associated with your account and to prohibit any and all current or future use of the payment options offered on the site (or any portion thereof).

We are not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof).

It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with us to reactivate the payment options.

Payments in Instalments

Buy Now, Pay Later with Tabby or Tamara. You have the choice, subject to your bank's terms and conditions, to convert your purchases into monthly installments. You will have access to this choice during Secure Checkout, where you can choose the length of time you want to spread out the payments for the purchase and any fees or interest, if any.

If you choose to pay by using Tabby or Tamara, Rubaiyat has absolutely no impact on whether or not your order was accepted or canceled, even if you would like a complete refund of your returned order; Whichever payment method you selected, Tabby or Tamara will provide you a refund of the amount you paid.

You will have access to these payment choices during Secure Checkout, where you can choose the length of time you want to spread out the payments for the purchase and any fees or interest, if any.

Your refund would be handled per the vendor's (Tabby or Tamara) terms and conditions if you paid with a Delayed Payment Provider.

Order Processing and Delivery Terms

• Orders placed outside working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), after the cut-off time, on Fridays, or during KSA public holidays will be processed on the next official working day.

 

• Estimated delivery timelines are subject to change and may experience delays during peak periods such as promotions, sales seasons, and bank holidays.

 

• If an order is not accepted at the delivery address provided on the confirmed date, a re-delivery charge may apply.

 

• Customs clearance fees may be applicable and are subject to local regulations.

Order Delivery Schedule and Responsibilities

• Orders are delivered daily, except on Fridays and KSA public holidays.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for deliveries, including any necessary arrangements for restricted access locations, particularly on Fridays.

Address Changes and Order Tracking

• Our Customer Care team is available to assist with delivery date and address changes before your order is dispatched.

 

• If your order has already been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.

 

• Changes to an address outside the original delivery country are not permitted.

Shipping to Riyadh or Jeddah in Saudi Arabia can take one (1) to three (3) business days. Shipping time to locations outside these cities ranges from one (1) to seven (7) business days.

Please keep in mind: Shipping Dangerous Goods can require a longer time, up to (7) working days, which is longer than standard delivery because the shipping will be through the ground, not air.

Dangerous goods: (For example, perfume, cologne, Eau de parfum, eau de toilette, and other alcohol-containing products are classified as a "dangerous good." Because ethanol is highly flammable)

The cost of shipping is non-refundable.  Unless there was an error or something incorrect with your shipment from the Rubaiyat side, we will not charge you for shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to multiple shipping addresses within the same order. If you want some items delivered to a different address, you can place two separate orders to different delivery addresses.

If your entire order has been delivered and some items still need to be included, or you have received damaged products, please contact us, and we will use our best endeavors to resolve the issue within twenty-four (24) working hours.

When you cancel or return items in your order, please allow up to seven (7) working days to process your return; the shipping agent will contact you with the process. If you use a credit card to purchase, the money will be returned to your bank account. If you used Ruba Loyalty, the transaction will be credited to your account and linked to your mobile number.

If you paid in installments by Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be handled in accordance with their terms and conditions.

 

Termination and Cancellation

Termination of Agreement

This agreement shall remain in effect unless and until terminated in accordance with the provisions below:


- You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the website or by deleting their account, provided there are no outstanding obligations or payments due.


- Rubaiyat reserves the right to terminate this agreement, suspend, or restrict access to services without prior notice in the following cases:

·       Violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

·       Suspected or actual misuse of the website or its services.

·       Engagement in any activity contrary to public order, morality, or Saudi laws and regulations.

 

Automatic Termination:

This agreement shall automatically terminate upon:

·       Completion of the agreed service or order.

·       Discontinuation of the website or services, with prior notification to clients and respect for any remaining rights or entitlements.

  • Force Majeure:
    If your purchase has not been delivered within fifteen (15) days due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, you may terminate the agreement and request a full refund of your order.

Order Cancellation


- Rubaiyat reserves the right to cancel any order within forty-eight (48) hours of placement. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the client.


- If you chooses to cancel your order within forty-eight (48) hours and before the order is shipped, a full refund will be granted.


- If the order has already been shipped, you must follow Rubaiyat’s official Return Policy to proceed with any returns or refunds.

 

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of this agreement:

  • You will no longer have access to the website or related services.
  • Any obligations (such as pending payments) shall survive the termination until fulfilled.
  • Rubaiyat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from lawful termination of access or services.

 

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are only valid for the duration specified in their terms and are only used once.  Promotional Codes cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other deal, sale, or promotion. They are unique to you and cannot be shared with others.

Except as expressly stated in these website terms or as required by applicable law, we make no representations, warranties, commitments, or other terms—express or implied—regarding any matter, including but not limited to, merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the functionality of the website, its content, or any products purchased through it.

Your use of the website is entirely at your own risk. The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to limit or terminate your access to the website at any time. Entire Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that these Website Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding your use of the website and any purchase you make of any product through our site. These Terms and Conditions are published in in both English and Arabic. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.

 

Governing Law

 The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern all our Terms. All disputes arising here are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please Note: These Terms and Conditions were founded and written on laws protecting consumers and rules established by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
