RETURNS POLICY
Items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), provided they are unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and with their purchase receipt.
NON-RETURNABLE
- All lingerie, swimwear, and pierced jewellery.
- Fine jewellery only if purchased from Rubaiyat.com.
RETURNABLE
All products are eligible for return, provided they comply with the terms and conditions set forth on Rubaiyat.com and the invoice.
RETURN TERMS
All products are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), provided they are returned in their original, pristine condition. To ensure your return is accepted, adhere to the following standards:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
DAMAGES POLICY
In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, customers must notify us within 15 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders), We will arrange for the return and provide a full refund or a replacement, accordingly.
Rubaiyat reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
EXCHANGES POLICY
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- For exchanges, the original item must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Items returned after the promotional or sale period are no longer eligible for the original sale price if an exchange is desired.
RUBAIYAT.COM PURCHASES
- We currently do not offer exchanges; however, to exchange for a different item, return the original item within 15 days and make a new purchase. REFUND POLICY
IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Payment in cash or MADA card for SR 1000 or less will be refunded in cash.
- When paying by credit card or bank card, the customer has the right to choose between the following two return methods:
- Transferring the amount to the bank account of the cardholder’s name used in the purchase process (Refund processing time can take up to 14 business days – public holidays and weekends not included).
- Issuing a bank check with the same name on the card used in the purchase.
RUBAIYAT.COM PURCHASES
- If your return meets our return policy, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
- Return shipping is covered for domestic orders only. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a return is due to an error on our part, any shipping charges paid will be refunded.
- Refunds are processed after returned item(s) are received and pass our quality inspection.
- Approved returns will be refunded for the value of the item(s), excluding original shipping charges and any applicable fees.
- We reserve the right to monitor return activity and refuse orders from customers with excessive returns or who engage in other suspicious or abusive behavior that exploits our return policy.
REFUND METHOD
- Card payments (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) will be refunded to the original bank account.
- Payments made through Tabby, Tamara, or Apple Pay will be refunded according to their respective terms and conditions.

RUBA REWARDS
- Ruba Points earned on purchases that are later returned will be deducted from your Ruba account.
- If a purchase was made using Ruba Points, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Ruba account as points.
- Points will be earned on any new purchases where applicable.
- Only one promotional voucher can be used in one purchase invoice / transaction.
GIFT CARDS & DEPOSITS
- Amounts added to gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Made-to-measure deposits cannot be returned or refunded.
All provisions of this policy are in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are intended to protect your statutory consumer rights.
