REWARDS & POINTS
  • Points are awarded on eligible purchases and are calculated based on the transaction value excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, after which any unused points will automatically expire and be forfeited.
  • Points will not be earned on transactions where Ruba Payment (credit redemption) is used, whether in full or in part.
  • Reward vouchers are subject to the specific terms, conditions, validity periods, and usage restrictions set out on the rewards page and within the individual voucher at the time of issuance.
  • Points and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
